SAE 60 Synthetic Super Heavy Weight Racing Oil
API Service SL/CF, JASO MB

Product Code: AHR

AMSOIL SAE 60 Synthetic Super Heavy Weight Racing Oil (AHR) is a high viscosity oil
designed for high horsepower racing engines. Resist thinning effects of fuel dilution
and provides unsurpassed wear protection, friction reduction and more power
Highly resistant to thermal degradation and oxidation.

AMSOIL SAE 60 Synthetic Super Heavy Weight Racing Oil is recommended for applications
requiring the following specifications:

API SJ, CF
JASO MB

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

AMSOIL SAE 60 Synthetic Super Heavy Weight Racing Oil is designed for high horsepower racing engines, typically supercharged and
alcohol-burning or nitro-fueled, and requiring a high viscosity oil to resist the thinning effects of fuel dilution.

AMSOIL Synthetic Super Heavy Weight Racing Oil is formulated specifically for wear protection and friction reduction in the extreme service
conditions of racing.  It has been proven on-track to bring down high engine oil sump temperatures by 20 degrees F, which speaks directly to
its ability to reduce friction, promote power and inhibit wear.

MOTORCYCLE APPLICATIONS
AMSOIL Synthetic Super Heavy Weight Racing Oil is formulated with a complete American petroleum Institute (API) SJ/CD additive system.
AMSOIL Synthetic Super Heavy Weight Racing Oil may be used in all engines for which API SJ/CD SAE 60 oils are specified.

AMSOIL Synthetic Super Heavy Weight Racing Oil is also formulated with a complete Japan Automobile Standards Association (JASO) MB
additive system.  AMSOIL Synthetic Super Heavy Weight Racing Oil may be used in motorcycles requiring JASO MB oils.  Such engines
include vintage and classic motorcycles, often equipped with air-cooled engines, and specifying straight grade SAE 60 oils.

HEAT STABILITY
AMSOIL Synthetic Super Heavy Weight Racing Oil is highly resistant to thermal degradation and oxidation.  Even in long-term high
temperature service, AMSOIL Synthetic Super Heavy Weight Racing Oil maintains its specified chemical and physical properties, forming no
sludge, varnish, deposits or acids and maintaining its specified viscosity and ability to protect and lubricate engines.

OIL CONSUMPTION
AMSOIL Synthetic Super Heavy Weight Racing Oil is highly resistant to evaporative losses, which keeps oil consumption rates low.  Low
rates of oil consumption allows oil to flow freely without significant "boil-off" thickening to ensure dependable engine lubrication and
protection.

CORROSION, RUST AND FOAM CONTROL
AMSOIL Synthetic Super Heavy Weight Racing Oil seals out rust, neutralizes acids and resists foaming.  Rust inhibition is especially
important for engines subject to frequent short-trip operations or frequent periods of storage.  Acid neutralization protects engines from
damage caused by corrosive by-products of combustion.  Foam resistance ensures protection against metal-to-metal contact and wear that
occurs with foamy oils.

VISCOSITY RETENTION
AMSOIL Synthetic Super Heavy Weight Racing Oil is shear stable, so the viscosity grade that's installed in the engine is the viscosity grade
that stays in the engine.  That's especially important for race engines, motorcycle engines and other engines subject to high temperature/high
stress operations.  Viscosity retention ensures the maintenance of a protective lubricant film between working metal parts, which prevents
metal-to-metal contact and consequent failure or wear.

APPLICATION
AMSOIL Synthetic Super Heavy Weight Racing Oil is recommended for applications requiring the following specifications:

API SL, CF
JASO MB

AMSOIL Synthetic Super Heavy Weight Racing Oil is not recommended for use in cold temperature applications.

MIXING AMSOIL
AMSOIL Synthetic Super Heavy Weight Racing Oil may be mixed with petroleum-based oils or with other synthetic oils.   However, a
mixture of AMSOIL Synthetic Super Heavy Weight Racing Oil may not provide as much protection as unadulterated AMSOIL Synthetic
Super Heavy Weight Racing Oil.

SERVICE LIFE
Follow engine manufacturer's oil drain interval recommendations when using AMSOIL Synthetic Super Heavy Weight Racing Oil.

Race Engines: specified by Owner Experience/Oil Analysis

Motorcycles and Recreation Vehicles: change according to manufacturer's recommendations, without oil filtration. With oil filtration
(AMSOIL SDF Filter), up to 2 times longer than manufacturer's recommendations or 6 months, whichever comes first. If a Hastings or other
filter is used, filter should be changed at manufacturer recommendations.

TSB: DT-2004-06-02     Rev. 6/28/2004
Date: 06/17/2004
Product Description: All Harley-Davidson Oil Recommendations
Subject: AMSOIL’s Recommended Oils for All Harley-Davidson Models
Harley-Davidson has manufactured 9 types of engines from 1929 to the current model. Flathead (1929 -1974), Knucklehead (1936-1947),
Panhead (1948-1965), Shovelhead (1966- 1984), Evolution (Blockhead) 1340 (1984 to 1999 ), Big Twins1450 (2000 to current), Revolution
(V– Rods) 2001 to current, Ironhead Sportsters (1957 to 1985) & Evolution Sportsters 1986 to current.

Harley-Davidson recommends SAE 50 or 60 for the engine oil in their Flathead, Knucklehead, Panhead, and Shovelhead. AMSOIL
recommends AHR SAE 60 or AMV 20w-50 engine oil for all these older models. Use AMSOIL TGR or TGO for the transmissions. Of these
models only the Shovelhead has a chain case that is lubed, and is fed by the engine oil.

In the Evolution 1340, Big Twins 1450, and Revolution V-Rods AMSOIL recommends AMV 20w-50 engine oil in all 3 holes (engine,
transmission, and primary chain case). AMSOIL Recommends TGR as an alternative oil for the transmission, and TGO as an option for older
transmissions. New seals are recommended where excessive leaking exists.

Ironhead & Evolution Sportsters use one sump for both transmission and Chain case. AMSOIL recommends AMV for this common sump.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
AMSOIL Shock Therapy Suspension Fluids are formulated for maximum stability and high performance. High quality synthetic basestocks
and high viscosity indices provide unparalleled shear stability. AMSOIL Shock Therapy Suspension Fluid controls friction and heat, reduces
wear and scuffing and prevents fade more effective than conventional fluids can. AMSOIL Shock Therapy Suspension Fluid has been tested
in the lab and against the competition and proven to be of the highest quality at a wide range of temperatures and applications.

Controls Dampening and Rebound
With AMSOIL Shock Therapy Suspension Fluid, viscosity remains constant and aeration and foam are greatly reduced, significantly limiting
shock fade and inconsistent dampening. AMSOIL Shock Therapy Suspension Fluid (STL & STM) is formulated for fade-free dampening and
smooth rebounds in many racing and recreational applications, reducing rider fatigue and enabling the driver to ride longer and harder while
keeping focused on the terrain ahead.

Reduces Friction and Wear
Constant friction in a shock body decreases suspension performance while causing scuffing and wear on the inner walls. AMSOIL Shock
Therapy Suspension Fluid contains friction modifiers to reduce frictional energy loss and heat buildup. Anti-wear agents protect against
premature scuffing and wear, while maintaining proper suspension absorption.

Temperature and Performance
AMSOIL Shock Therapy Suspension Fluid features high pour and flash points, maintaining its ability to provide superior protection in both
high and low temperature extremes. It is highly resistant to volatility, avoiding breakdown and resisting the buildup of sludge and deposits.

Recommendations
AMSOIL Shock Therapy Suspension Fluid is recommended for front forks and shocks in snowmobiles, motocross and cruiser motorcycles,
ATV's and other racing and recreational use vehicles. Two different formulations are available: The lightweight grade (STL) is recommended,
but not limited to, Showa, Kayaba, Bilstein, RydeFX, Penske, WP forks, RACETECH (US1) and Custom Axis suspension systems that
demand quick rebounds under extreme hot and cold weather applications, while the medium grade (STM) can be used in Ohlin, FOX,
RACETECH (US2), Koni, WP shocks and Harley-Davidson forks that recommend type "E" or "B" fork oils, as well as other applications that
require more dampening and slower rebounds. Refer to the owner's manual for individual capacities, proper disassembly and further
recommendations. Owner's manuals may refer to weights when recommending suspension oil. These weight numbers are arbitrary because
no industry standard exists for classifying suspension oil. The numbers can range from 2.5 to 30, depending on the manufacturer. AMSOIL
STL correlates closely to a 5 weight, while AMSOIL STM is close to a 10 weight.

Compatibility
AMSOIL STL and STM can be mixed together based on individual requirements and applications, and they are compatible with most other
suspension fluids.

Product Availability
AMSOIL Shock Therapy Suspension Fluids are available in quarts and 5-gallon pails.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
AMSOIL Formula 4-Stroke Synthetic Motor Oil is specially formulated for four-stroke recreational motors, including ATVs, outboard motors
and motorcycles. It may also be used in cars and trucks. Its broad viscosity range makes it excellent for use in both hot and cold temperature
extremes.

Resists High Temperature Vaporization
Conventional motor oils tend to vaporize and lose weight in high temperature conditions, contributing to poor oil circulation, reduction in fuel
efficiency and excessive emissions and engine wear. AMSOIL Formula 4-Stroke Synthetic Motor Oil is highly resistant to evaporation. While
conventional petroleum oils thicken due to evaporation, AMSOIL Formula 4-Stroke Synthetic Motor Oil maintains its viscosity in high
temperature service. The superior evaporation resistance of AMSOIL Formula 4-Stroke Synthetic Motor Oil keeps engine wear, oil
consumption and emissions to a minimum, while keeping oil circulation efficient and fuel economy high.

Friction Modifier Free
AMSOIL Formula 4-Stroke Synthetic Motor Oil contains no friction modifiers, making it ideal for ATV, outboard motor and motorcycle
engines. The friction modifier free formulation of AMSOIL 4-Stroke ensures transmission (manual or automatic) and clutch compatibility and
prevents slip.

Performance Formulated
AMSOIL Formula 4-Stroke Synthetic Motor Oil contains a robust dispersant/detergent package, making it ideal for use in high-stress four-
cycle engines. The dispersant/detergent additive package effectively suspends harmful combustion by-products and prevents deposits,
keeping AMSOIL Formula 4-Stroke clean and serviceable.

High-temperature operations often lead to the thermal degradation and oxidation of conventional oils, leading to the formation of deposits,
sludge and varnish. The superior oxidative and thermal stability of AMSOIL Formula 4-Stroke Synthetic Motor Oil inhibits the formation of
varnish, deposits and sludge so equipment runs clean in high-stress, high temperature operations.

Temperature and Performance
AMSOIL Formula 4-Stroke Synthetic Motor Oil has a broad viscosity range, making it excellent for use in both hot and cold temperature
extremes. As an SAE 40 weight motor oil, AMSOIL Formula 4-Stroke provides superior protection for hot operating, hard working motors,
while its SAE 0W rating ensures easy cranking, excellent cold weather starting and quick post-startup protection.

Copper Corrosion, Rust and Foam Inhibition
AMSOIL Formula 4-Stroke Synthetic Motor Oil protects equipment from copper corrosion and rust, even during equipment storage.
AMSOIL Formula 4-Stroke Synthetic Motor Oil does not foam in service, protecting equipment from the metal-to-metal contact and wear
that occurs with use of foam-filled fluids.

AMSOIL MCV is multi-functional and fulfills the requirements of both domestic and foreign motorcycles. It outperforms other
conventional and synthetic motorcycle oils.

AMSOIL, the leader in synthetic lubrication, produced the world’s first API qualified synthetic motor oil in 1972. Trust the
extensive experience of AMSOIL The First in Synthetics® to do the best job protecting your motorcycle.

Reduces Friction, Heat and Wear
In high heat conditions, engine protection is not sacrificed with AMSOIL Synthetic Motorcycle Oil. It has the best high temperature
film strength (see High Temperature
Viscosity Protection graph below) of all oils tested and contains a heavy treatment of anti-wear additives to reduce wear regardless
of the operating conditions (see Wear Comparison graph on reverse). AMSOIL MCV is thermally (heat) stable and contains
maximum levels of oxidation inhibitor additives. It is extremely resistant to breakdown and engineered to prevent damaging sludge
and carbon deposits for superior engine cleanliness.
